This is the auction for Hikari and Kage. Here's the rules: -The same person cannot play both of them. -The member that plays them needs to be experienced in rping. -You need to type a sample post (use the entire application form) like every auction. -Thje sample post should be just a post of what he/she would do if he/she was asked to bestow a power upon a mortal wolven. -Post in this thread These profile of them are gonna be kind of weird because they are immortal wolves that hand out powers. Please DO NOT use these as an example for your creation post for your character. Here's their stats: (they are almost exact opposites) Name: Hikari Age: Unknown Gender: Female Alliance:None Breed: Unknown Weakness: Shadow Pelt Color: White and glowing with her power over Light. Eye Color: Golden * Details: Hikari is mostly average sized. She has a fairly long snout and long legs. She has the a golden symbol on her forehead. Personality (i paragraph min): Hikari is kind and willing to give any wolf of whom believes in the power of Light the power over it. Her voice is loud and terrifying, yet soft and welcoming. She despises her twin brother, Kage and all who possess the power of Shadow. * History: Hikari has lived atop the mountain her entire life and no one knows where she or her brother, Kage came from originally. Name: Kage Age: Unknown Gender: Male Alliance:None Breed: Unknown Weakness: Light Pelt Color: Black and steaming with his power over Shadow. Eye Color: Bright Purple * Details: Kage is mostly average sized. He is shaped much like his sister but with a shorter snout. He has a purple symbol on his forhead. Personality (i paragraph min): Kage is pure evil and is very cautious to give any wolf the power of Shadow. He is a hard wolf to get close to and it is usually required that you prove yourself worthy of getting a power before he even thinks about assigning one to you. Lightning danced a delicate dance in the sky, running vertical and side to side. Oh, yes, this would be a tempest to see. The wind picked up and began to whistle through the trees that were forever caught in autumn's cool embrace. A leaf fell and spiraled down to the ground, slowly, because it kept getting caught by the teasing wind. The leaf was a stunning orange, tinted by brown. A true fall colour. It finally lay still on the boulder outside a huge cavern carved into a mountain. The storm got wilder, thunder ripping the skys apart, lightning striking the sod all over the place. The rain pounded the forest. There seemed to be no end to the nightmarish storm that raged around the area of The Forest of Eternal Autumn. A branch from a massive old oak tree fell with a loud clatter onto a pile of rocks. The wind picked up a howl, moving through trees caught in autumn. A stream that wound its way through the forest was overflowing its banks. Finally, the storm began to slack off as night approached. It was calming down, but slowly. The wind drew back to a moan then ceased to a soft, caressing breeze. It was cold as ice, but that was only because the rain had cooled it off. Mid-summer though it was, it really did not matter. Night was cold in the autumn forest, always. Thunder rumbled in the far distance, and every now and then lightning would light of the sky, but other than that, there was nothing. The rain slacked off to a drizzle. The moonlight slid over the grotto's entrance. A average sized wolf lay there watching the moon. The wolf's eye were a stunning purple; set against a black face, they gleamed like purple gemstones. There was a symbol like a purple flame on his forehead and this glowed slightly as he cast a circle of darkness twenty feet wide around him as he walked out into the light. For a moment, it remained glowing, then darkened again.As the darkness slid away, he was cast in the soft lunar light spilled by the moon. It was like someone had spilled mercury over the wolf. Kage yawned, bored. He had just woken and was hungry. He decided against going hunting, knowing that after that storm, no animal would be foolish enough to come out of their burrows. The wolf smirked, violet eyes glinted with a hint of silver in them. The wolf's ebon black coat gleamed; it looked healthy and well groomed. Head moved back and forth, looking about slowly. He could scent a wolf coming near and sighed annoyedly. He really was not in the mood to deal with whimpering Tasogare wolves seeking powers. The wolf in question was a small male. He was silver in hue and had the bluest eyes any wolf had ever seen. He was very small. Surely he was only half grown. His blue eyes were wide in fear as he approached the wolf on the rock. Kage watched him with cold eyes and the he-wolf bowed low. Milord Kage. I come to you, a humble servant, in question for the power of Shadow. Grant me this wish, my lord, I beg of thee. the wolf's voice was low and soft, shivery. Clearly he was frightened of the immortal wolf before him. Kage gave a cold smile; he could have some fun with this. The black wolf cast a circle of darkness around them, leaping off the rock to stand nearer the silver one. The darkness was so complete, only the symbol on Kage's forehead and his eyes could be seen. He swept around the silver wolf, who was shivering in fear. Kage smiled and his fangs showed in the purple light casted by his symbol. Plumed tail slid under the wolf's chin and lifted it slightly. The touch was almost loving. Kage felt him shiver in a mix of fear and delight at Kage's touch. Why, servant, should I grant you anything? What have you done to derserve anything? he whispered, his voice like a thread of silk brushing against stone. Smooth, silky, deadly. His cold breath caressed the wolf's ears and caused him to jerk away, but not to move away from Kage's body. B-because, milord, I wish to claim the Tasogare land. I need the po- he crouched down as Kage left the darkness around them slide away. The wolf looked infuriated. His lips were peeled off him fangs and his violet eyes gleamed. You think I'd grant you the power of Shadow? You think you can lead the Tasogare? You are barely half grown! the immortal one snarled cruelly, advancing on the wolf slowly. His tail flicked back and forth, slowly. The younger wolf had no way of knowing he was being tested. He looked afraid, but did not back down. Instead, he crouched and writhe back his lips as well, allowing a snarl to seep from his teeth. He lunged forward , and landed on top of Kage, who flung him off easily, smiling. Stop! he whispered. His voice took on an evil edge. By not backing down, you have proven yourself worthy of gaining the power of Shadow. By lunging at me, you prove yourself worthy to take the Tasogare. By the grace of autumn and by the power of Shadow, I grant thee level one and the leadership of the Tasogare. May you lead them well in the coming years. The younger wolf smiled in pleasure and bowed low again before leaping away and leaving. Kage smiled coldly. The wolf, though frightened at first, had proven to be a good fighter. Kage rolled his shoulders where the silver brute had landed then turned and walked into his lair, sitting on a boulder just inside it that looked over the forest like a throne. She suddenly stopped, and there before her was a shadow. The horrible things that, darkness. Why is there such thing as darkness, evil and pure hatrid? There was absoloutly no need for it at all. Everyone living in harmony is whar Hikari just dreamt of. But, it wouldn't happen if Kage her evil brother was giving shadow powers to the darker wolves. Harmony would be spread through-out if Kage wasn't giving an evil role-model. Then the whole of Akimori would be free of all darkness and evil. But, that was only in Hikari's dreams. And it probably always will be unless the light wolves stand taller than the shadows. Hikari had always thought of what life would be like without the shadows and it's wolves. Dreaming of a better place for everybody was probably one of Hikari's bad habbits. Although, most wolves admirered that. The soft glowing light coming from Hikari's body lit up the leaves lying on the ground, which were being crunched by Hikari's glowing paws. Her golden white eyes glanced down, watching the leaves almost light up as she touched them. Hikari was a graceful creature, one so loving and caring that some strangley dispised. Hikari sighed, as she then looked up to see a large oak tree painted in the autumn colors. "This place is so beautiful during the day." She thought in her mind. Hikari never liked the nights, especially in the autumn season where her home just happened to be in for eternity. She never liked the sound the leaves crunching in the dark. She never liked the way that maybe when a leaf would fall, it make a 'whoosh' kind of sound right by your ear and you don't know if it was a leaf or some sort of creature. Things like that always made Hikari conscious; but not in the daytime. No way, the best time of the day is late morning. All of the birds would be whistling 'good-morning' to each other. All of the wood-land creatures would be just waking up and begining their forest-food rumage. Life was something Hikari had always loved, and to life for eternity just made Hikari even happier each day. Just thinking about life and seeing it made Hikari forget about the shadows and the eviler wolves. Hikari sighed, still her golden white orbs remaining focused 'pon the large oak tree. She wished of sitting under-neath it and relaxing, but a giant shadow loomed over the leaf-covered floor. Shaking her head in disapointment, she sat herself down where she had been stood. Hikari's white fur bristled against each other as a light wind passed then slowly died. Hikari's eyes looked up to the oak once more, now sat down and really comfy amongst the leaves. She twitched her nose slightly, suddenly a scent of a female drifted into them. Her golden eyes drifted away from the oak tree, to look along the brush line. Hikari's eyes looked around the surrounding leavless shrubs and plants, then spotted a pair of gleaming brown eyes. The female stepped out from behind a very small bush, then began making her way over to Hikari. Her frame was small and petite, her coat was of the grays, browns and blacks. Hikari thought that she had reconised her, from somewhere, but was not quite sure just yet. The female stopped before Hikari, then was quick to make a gentle and graceful bow. The female meant no harm to Hikari. Hikari nodded in approval and then stood up to now face the new female. The fae stood up and kept her posture low and un-threatening. "Oh great Hikari. I have searched far and wide to seek you. Coming straight from my heart, I wish to receive the level one power of light from you. I want to be a part of the sun and all things bright. Please m'lady." She said in a kind of sorrowful voice. So this fae didn't know Hikari well then. Any wolf should know that Hikari would be very grateful for someone calling for her, let alone pleeding infront of her. Hikari smiled sweetly infront of the petite femme, then lowered her head to be in line with the smaller female. Her golden white eyes looked straight into the femme's brown orbs. The small symbol 'pon Hikari's head lit up and glowed brightly, then as quick as ever a big beam of light shone straight into the fae's eyes. Hikari's beam of light soon disapeared within an instance and suddenly on the female's shoulder appeared the symbol of light. It shone on her shoulder, then slowly faded but it was still visable. "With my great powers I have bestowed the power of light to you. You now behold the power of light." Hikari spoke, her voice was loud but gentle and as slender as a blooming flower. The small female shook her head lightly, then looked down to her shoulder to see the faded but visable symbol of light on it. She looked back up to Hikari, who had now raised her head a'high. "Oh great Hikari, how may I ever re-pay you?" The female said, excited but still as soft as the feather. Hikari shook her head side to side, saying no to the female's offer. The female gasped lightly, but didn't speak. She simply bowed once more as she did before, then remained there. Hikari nodded her head, again in approval. Hikari then turned around and began to walk at her beautiful but slow speed. The female looked up and smiled as she watched Hikari walk away. The female spun around and began walking the opposite way to Hikari but back from where she had came from. That female would never forget today, but as she was heading her own way back she heard another call from a different wolf in the distance. Calling Hikari.. the great lady of the sun.
